- ideate and design the service in a user-oriented way
- utilize the methods of participatory joint planning
- visualize the service process

Implementation of the course (preliminary schedule) 6.3.-17.4.

In the lecture, we get to know the themes, materials and tasks of the course together.

The Zoom link is sent to students who have been accepted for the course using Moodle's guest function.

Mainly the implementation is online.
The course involves participation in the discussion area.
The course has one applied assignment, reading material, book discussion and online discussions.

5 credits is a workload of about 135 hours for a student.
The student does independent work: familiarizes himself with the materials offered in Moodle.

The student reads the literature of the field and participates in the book discussion.
The student works as a team on one larger development task.
The student plans and participates in facilitating the workshop.

Implementation and methods of teaching

The Service Design basics is mostly independent works or working in pairs in online course (5 credits). The learning environment is Moodle. The opening lecture of the course is in Zoom 28th March. Be there!

The teaching includes lectures (3), teaching material and tasks in Moodle, a development task and its presentation.

Learning by Doing. Case studies. Lectures and presentation in Zoom.
