Implementation and methods of teaching
Exercises on campus, online work independently and in groups, individual and group assignments.
Th campus exercises include and emphasizes the study of the musculoskeletal system, manual therapy and therapeutic training. The course requires active independent study and preparation for practice classes with the support of the course literature (Kauranen, Tarnanen Holopainen and Good treatment recommendations) and Moodle materials.

Contents
- Studying the most common musculoskeletal dysfunctions and disorders. Understanding the kinesiology behind the disorders (neck, shoulder and shoulder-circle, elbow, wrist, hand, chest, back, hip-circle and SI joint, hip, knee, foot, ankle)
- Development of dysfunction, functional anatomy and clinical reasoning. Planning and implementation of physical therapy that supports functional capacity.
- Applying the laws of training, taking into account the condition of the tissues. Self-care guidance.
- Musculoskeletal diseases
- Realization of the treatment chain and the organization of follow-up care
