Implementation and methods of teaching
Classroom working, workshop working, independent work.
Teaching methods: lectures, skills practice, exercises, written assignments, creative problem solving, project work, discussions, co-criticism, knowledge acquisition.

All learning tasks are compulsory unless otherwise stated.
Timing and attendance
Absolute, compulsory attendance at the first lesson.
Compulsory attendance at the final inspection and possible final cleaning. 80% attendance at other contact teaching sessions in order to pass the course. The contact teaching sessions are indicated in timetable (Time Edit).

Study material: course material in moodle, self-produced material, self-proposed material
Compulsory equipment: note-taking equipment, own camera with any necessary cables (mobile phone camera is sufficient), sketchbook and other sketching equipment. Your own sketchpad may be used.

Contents
Online environment and how to work in it, the online learning environment moodle, ideas about digital; basics of digital image processing: basic adjustments of a digital image, cropping, resizing, file formats, colour profile selection; printing; simple basic use of a vector graphics software; simple basic use of a layout software: e.g. creating a new document, editing pages, positioning image and text, style palette; importing images to a computer: mobile phone, camera, scanning; laser cutting, PDF publishing; student portfolios, introduction to the drawing board, other digital issues.
Additional information for students: previous knowledge etc.
Good basic IT-skills.
