Objective
After completing the 5credit course Qualitative Research Methods and Literature Review, students will be able to:
- design a qualitative research design and evaluate its importance for the reliability of the research
- apply qualitative research methods of data collection and analysis to solve phenomena and problems in working life
- evaluate the role and responsibility of the researcher from the point of view of the reliability of qualitative research
- carry out and describe a data search as part of a literature review and its process
- evaluate the quality and usability of the references they find and apply the results of the literature review to their own work environment.
