Learning outcomes

The student is able to
- purposefully utilize various design methods and processes
- define typical factors of user and service experience
- analyze the user experience of a product or service, and report on the findings and suggestions for development thereof
- produce functional and visual designs.

Implementation and methods of teaching

The course consists of lectures, discussions, individual and group assignments and groupwork.

The study and lecture materials will be announced at the beginning of the course and will be available with additional information in the course's Moodle implementation

- creative design methods and processes

- development and reporting of a product’s or service’s user experience

The course is part of the second-year (bachelor's degree) mandatory advanced studies in Digital Experience Design

Assessment criteria

The course grade consists of class assignments, a learning diary, group work, and class participation. The attendance requirement is 80%
