Learning outcomes
To learn and become acquainted with the managerial principles, models and tasks in an organisation as well as features of succesful leadership.
Implementation and methods of teaching
Contact teaching. Individual assignments related to contact teaching. The course also contains some group work.

Schedule in TimeEdit. Attendance is mandatory.

At the beginning of the course, mainly digital material to be announced on the Moodle pages.

Individual tasks done in Moodle.

Total time spent about 135 hours, of which contact teaching accounts for about 20 hours, other work independently and / or in groups.
Contents
Manager as a profession, basics of personnel management, managerial communication, decision-making as well as management tools. Material and learning tasks related to the topic.

Completion of the course does not require previous business studies.
