Learning outcomes

The student is able to
- assess an individual’s and organisation’s digital maturity
- describe new development trends of digital solutions
- design a digital solution that supports an organisation's service, function, or product

Implementation and methods of teaching

Before the first meeting, students will independently complete a preliminary assignment, the instructions for which will be published in Moodle by Tue 13.8.23 (if you do not yet have access to Moodle, you can view the assignments at https://rebrand.ly/UADIR24_ennakko).

The course uses Zoom software for collaborative remote working and remote supervision as follows: 28.8. at 9-13, 4.9. at 9-12, 11.9. at 9-12, 18.9. at 9-13, 2.10. at 9-13 and 16.10. at 9-12:15. Other work takes place in groups in the way chosen by the group. 28.8. attendance is essential, as the division of the course groups takes place then.

Primarily the students whose curriculum includes this study in core studies are accepted for the course.

Assessment criteria

Basis of assessment: group development task, its presentation and related material (written report and infographic), self- and peer assessment.

The student can

- use domestic and international sources of information critically and innovatively in their special areas of expertise
