Learning outcomes

The student is able to
- assess and set objectives for individual's competence and competence potential based on individual and organisational needs
- identify, assess and develop unit and organisational level competences and competence potential
- use knowledge and competence sharing models and tools

Implementation and methods of teaching

The course takes place on three contact days, on the Lappeenranta campus or in zoom. In addition, students become familiar with the topic independently and in small groups.

Lectures and exercises as well as small group and independent assignments as teaching methods.

The contact days of the course (on the Lappeenranta campus or in zoom) are
Fri 14.1.2022 from 2 pm to 7 pm
Sat 15.1.2022 from 9 am to 2 pm
Sat 12.3.2022 from 9 am to 2 pm

Participation in the contact days is part of the completion of the course, either on the Lappeenranta campus or with a zoom connection.
