Timing and attendance

Online learning 09.01.2023 - 28.05.2023.

The enrollment to courses happens in spring and autumn, when the registration period has started. The enrollment is done through Peppi (LAB) or through Sisu (LUT)..

After the registration period, you will need permission from the teacher to attend the course.
You can also enroll to courses that are not in your PSP, but this should first be discussed with your teacher tutor. Please contact teachers if you are enrolling late.

Student time use and work load

The studycourse is based on 3 credits. 1 credit is 27 hours of student work. The student can plan and complete the course on 09.01.2023 - 28.05.2023.

if the student completes the course earlier than May 28, the student is asked to contact the teacher to receive an evaluation.

Aims:
• factors that protect mental well-being
• risk factors for mental well-being
• information on services aimed at students that support mental well-being (eLAB pages)
• methods that support mental well-being

Targets:
• recognize the components of mental well-being in oneself
• seek information to support mental well-being
• promote his own mental well-being with methods suitable for him

Additional information for students: previous knowledge etc.

No prior knowledge is required.

Approved/Failed

Assessment criteria: assessment scale failed/approved

Assignments are evaluated on a pass/fail basis. Passed performance means H3 level performance.
