Objective

The student is able to:
- understand different concepts of diversity and inclusion as well as inequalities connected with them
- to understand DEI and its impact on corporate culture and strategy from managerial perspective
- recognize the benefits of managing diversity in organizations and know ways how to develop equity and inclusion within the organization
- understand inclusive leadership and how to lead diverse individuals and teams.
