Contents
The course focuses on making: during the course, students will work on a long photographic project, which will also be 'finished'. The thematic starting points for the projects undertaken during the course will vary according to the students' own interests, but the course will teach a systematic and methodologically structured approach.
The main photographic theoretical starting point is documentary, but the concept is also approached theoretically. This opens it up to critique and thus allows for alternative approaches that can be termed 'expanded documentary'.
The course will provide students with an in-depth look at the many facets of documentary and will equip them for independent photographic work, even over a long period of time.
Additional information for students: previous knowledge etc.
