Failure to submit each and every one of the mandatory assignments before the end of the course.

Assessment criteria: level 1 (assessment scale 1–5)

1: The student has a limited understanding of the tasks and requirements of managerial duties. The student is hardly ready to become a manager or foreman for the time being nor has enough expertise in managing demanding things or leading people in an organisation. There are many mistakes/shortcomings and/or a significant part of the text has clearly been quoted and no list of references can be found.

Assessment criteria: level 3 (assessment scale 1–5)

3: The student has some understanding of the tasks and requirements of managerial duties. The student has shown some talent and initiative to independently acquire information needed in demanding tasks of most organizations.

Assessment criteria: level 5 (assessment scale 1–5)

5: The student has good understanding of the tasks and requirements of managerial duties. The student has clearly shown the independence and initiative needed in demanding work positions in most organizations. Most of the assignments have been written according to the writing instructions given in LAB UAS thesis writing guidelines.
