After completion of the course the student can explain the principal concepts and the importance of the leadership skills for the profitable business. Student can evaluate the importance of the communication and interaction in the work communities and understands what is effective teamwork and how to build well-working teams . The student can analyze the principal consequences of the organization's well-being on the financial outcome.
