Assessment criteria
Participating in exercises and making possible exercise reports/assignments.
Examing the lectures and things that came up in the exercises.
The course grade (5-0) is formed based on the exam result
Assessment scale
1-5
Failed (0)
The student does not pass the exam and does not participate in the teaching, and the possible assignments are not done.
Assessment criteria: level 1 (assessment scale 1–5)
The student can
- recognize the concept of physical performance and issues related to the exercise of some areas.
- name the load responses and the effects of exercise training on body function.
- measure different aspects of physical performance in a controlled manner
- guidedly assess the basics of body movement and locomotion
Assessment criteria: level 3 (assessment scale 1–5)
The student can
- to define the principles of practicing physical performance and its aspects.
- explains the acute responses to stress and the effects of regular exercise training on body function,
- can use the instructions to measure aspects of physical performance with the given meters.
- evaluate the basics of body movement and locomotion according to the instructions.
Assessment criteria: level 5 (assessment scale 1–5)
The student can
- broadly define physical performance and specify the principles of exercising its sub-areas according to the material in the course
- evaluate the acute responses to load and analyze the effects of regular physical training on body function
- measure different aspects of physical performance
- evaluate the basics of body movement and locomotion and present their findings
