A student is
- familiar with principles of dialogue, and will be able to participate to dialogue sessions.
- able to select meaningful ideas and insights from professional literature s/he has read.
- able to raise open ended questions based on the literature and explore possible answers or solutions to them via dialogue with other participants.
- able to write books essays containing essential content of the book read, personal learning experiences and reflection of meaning what has been learned.
