The aims of the course are:
The student understands technological solutions related to electronic services; identify and understand the norms underlying electronic services; is able to identify the added value of electronic services from the point of view of the organization; is able to act as an expert in the development of electronic services and various service processes
Basic concepts: drivers and challenges of e-services;
The impact of e-services in promoting health and well-being;
Information management and information systems (technology perspective);
Utilization of information and communication technology;
Data protection and legal matters relating to electronic transactions and security of transactions;
International comparison of electronic transactions;
Diversity, cost-effectiveness and benefits of electronic services from an organizational perspective;
Utilization of electronic services as part of a service strategy and business;
The importance of electronic services and their implications for management
