The student is able to

- obtain information about the organisation to determine its diversity and the need thereof, as well as generally take advantage of diversity as an organisational resource

Implementation and methods of teaching

Classroom lectures consist of sharing experiences and insights, as well as themed sessions and small group discussions led by groups and invited experts.
The learning assignments are:
Individual assignments, in which you will learn about and reflect on diversity as a phenomenon using various sources.
Group assignments, in which you will explore and/or practice the opportunities and challenges of diversity in organizations.
