Implementation and methods of teaching

The entire course is held as contact teaching and includes lectures, examples and work on course assignments.

Timing and attendance

The course will take place during 11 weeks between 3 September and 12 November. The course consists of 10 contact teaching days. 80% attendance is required to complete the course.

Exam retakes

It is not possible to retake the course (there is no exam).

Mukkulankatu campus and the course's Moodle platform.

Student time use and work load

The 135 working hours of the 5-credit course are divided as follows: contact teaching about 70 hours, independent work about 65 hours (about 2 weeks).

Contents

Basics of using Adobe Illustrator and InDesign software, basic concepts of visual software, basics of vector graphics, creating a PDF file, printing.
