Learning outcomes

Student can:
- understand the significance of human rights in specific contexts within social work, health care and urban studies
- comprehend the importance of intercultural competencies in international communication

Implementation and methods of teaching

The course takes place 9.4.-16.5. There are first online meetings, a pre-assignment and then an intensive week in Lappeenranta, including a group assignment.

Timing and attendance

Students will be recruited by the teachers - no enrollment only via Peppi. Online meetings (first 9.4.) and the intensive week in Lappeenranta are mandatory.

Materials will be provided during the course.
