The student knows
- the roles and division of tasks of the participants in a small house project
- how to make a contract for the responsible foreman of a small house project and price his work
- the production control methods of the small house project at the project and task level
- how to schedule a small house project and understands the necessity of time planning for a construction project, also in a small house project
- how to manage occupational safety at a small house construction site
- the concepts of the legislation and the subject area regarding occupational safety and labor relations issues at the small house construction site
- how to cooperate with building control and other authorities contracting technology in small contracts
