The student can
- talk about the topics of the course, e.g. about environment, sports and travel.

Implementation and methods of teaching

Language of instructions: Russian, Finnish and English. On-line course: active participation in online discussion classes.

Timing and attendance

Participation in distance learning is essential. Distance learning lessons are held once a week.
70% active attendance.

Exam retakes

The course is assessed on the basis of continuous assessment.

Pass:
The student has achieved the learning outcomes of the course. The student understands spoken and written texts on the topics covered during the course and can communicate in the related situations using appropriate vocabulary.

Fail: The student has not achieved the learning outcomes of the course and cannot convey the intended spoken or written messages.
