Implementation and methods of teaching
Online meetings, learning assignments, pair and group work as well as independent study.
Timing and attendance
The course will start in week 4 and end in week 16. Online meetings twice a week. Active participation is required.

Online meetings and written exam approx. 50 hours, independent study approx. 85 hours.
Contents
The course covers the following topics: employee orientation, workplace rules and Finnish work culture, work environment, safety and informal situations in the workplace.
The following structures are studied: verb tenses and case forms, plural participle and genitive, words with endings -minen and -sti, colloquial variants.

The student's message is conveyed very well in both written and oral communication situations. They are able to use expressions typical of communication situations fluently. The use of structures is versatile and almost flawless.
