Content
Serving on the presidency of a student union's board or representative body. Duties of the chairperson and responsibilities, leading and guiding the group in accordance with the action plan and strategy.

Learning outcomes
● The student in a leadership position in an organisation will be able to work in a variety of organisational contexts. To be able to work in a variety of interaction, presentation and group management situations.
● The student will be able to organise and lead activities and plan time management.
● Develop their leadership and communication skills and use the knowledge and skills they have acquired in the workplace.

Assessment criteria: assessment scale failed/approved

Required performances
● Chairman/Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors or of the
Chair/Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors or of the Board of Governors for at least two semesters.
● Familiarisation of the Board and the Assembly and regular monitoring and evaluation of the activities of the Board and the Assembly reporting.
● Writing a learning report and logging hours in organisational leadership roles in the management of the organisation.
