Learning outcomes

The student is able to
- identify themselves as a learner and develop their own learning skills- evaluate innovative or alternative future competences required in their own field
- recognize and aim their own competences to be in level with the future career requirements
- masters the professional concepts of their own field and is able to point out their competenciesduring job recruitment processes
- give feedback on tuition and services and thus participate in the development of education

Implementation and methods of teaching

Meetings with your Tutor teacher. Lectures, exercises and discussions on topics related to the stages of studies and the professional growth of students.

Timing and attendance

The course runs for the whole academic year. Face-to-face meetings 2 times in the autumn semester and 3 times in the spring semester. 60% attendance is required for successful completion.

It is not possible to renew the course (there is no exam).

Student time use and work load

The 27 working hours of the 1 credit course are divided as follows: face-to-face teaching about 10 hours, self-study about 17 hours.

Contents

The course focuses on identifying one's own competences, outlining one's own identity as a future professional in the visual field by using various methods, and envisioning career goals and future competence needs.

Completion of coursework and attendance.

Students will receive a failing grade if the attendance requirement is not met or if they have not completed all course assignments within the specified time.
