Contents
Understanding the multidisciplinary phenomenon of culture, intercultural awareness, the importance of culture is business context, differences in verbal and non-verbal communication, Hofstede's theory on 6 cultural dimensions and Globe-theory, business etiquette, introduction to global citizenship and diversity management.
Additional information for students: previous knowledge etc.
No pre-requisites. Attendance and active participation in lessons. All course assignments and exam must be passed to complete the course.
Assessment criteria
Accepted study assignments, both individual and group works, active participation in contact lessons and studies online.
