The student is able to
• explain how the scientific basis, values and legislation of nursing guide nursing practices
• assess factors of professional interaction with diverse customer groups in different operating environments
• differentiate safety factors in customer care in different nursing environments
• apply nutritional care recommendations in customers’ daily diets
• use a customer-oriented nursing process in documentation in compliance with data protection regulations and information security requirements.
