Learning outcomes
The student will be able to:
- act in a corporate governance capacity.
- The practical and specific management of a limited company, a public limited company, a housing company.
- the organisation of other types of companies, foundations and associations.
Implementation and methods of teaching
Lectures and exercises. The course includes many practical exercises, learning tasks and information retrieval exercises. Lectures and guest lecturers will give practical examples of different company forms and their specific issues.
