Learning outcomes

Internships are part of polytechnic studies. The aim of the internship that promotes professional skills is to acquaint the student with practical work tasks that are especially important for professional studies and with the application of knowledge and skills in working life.

Contents

The traineeship is part of your studies at a university of applied sciences.
The aim of the work placement is to familiarise students in a guided way with practical work tasks and the application of knowledge and skills in working life, especially those that are essential for vocational studies.

The placement is organised by the student. Follow the advertisements for traineeships on the traineeship Moodle and Viva Engine channels.

Internships can be paid or unpaid.

TRAINEESHIPS ARE PART OF YOUR STUDIES WHEN
1. the internship plan and contract have been returned in time and approved by the internship supervisor of the degree programme before the start of the internship
2. a traineeship diary is kept during the traineeship
3. during the traineeship, photographic documentation of the traineeship is kept
4. after the placement, reporting on the placement in accordance with the reporting guidelines and the prescribed timetable

The traineeship plan and contract are not in place at the start of the traineeship.
No trainee diary kept during the traineeship.
No documentation of traineeship-related matters during the traineeship.
The traineeship report was returned late.
The internship report does not meet the required scope.
The traineeship report lacks the required annexes.

Assessment criteria: assessment scale failed/approved

Approved when in accordance with the ditching
- a traineeship plan and contract have been drawn up before the start of the traineeship
- a training logbook is kept during the traineeship
- during the traineeship, documentation of the traineeship tasks and/or other
- after the traineeship, the traineeship has been reported with the required annexes and scope, within the required timeframe
