Students are able to

-analyze business and work life cultures including Finland using different cultural frameworks
-understand culture adaptation and adjustment.
Implementation and methods of teaching
Note: This course implementation is for the IB24K degree programme students.
In-person, in-class weekly lessons.
This is a discussion-based course implementation.
Course Includes individual assignments/group assignment/tasks and/or activities.
Completion of all graded (Pass/Fail; 0-5) course tasks/assignments/assignment parts/assignment related (online) examinations/in-class examinations required to complete the course.
Assignment Deadline Policy: Late submissions will not be accepted. Alternate work not given for missed assignments/tasks/assignments/lessons.
Retakes not allowed for assignments/assignment parts/assignment related (online) examinations/in-class examinations.
Timing and attendance

Active (attendance) participation in lessons required.
Lecture Attendance Policy Requirement: To complete the course successfully, you must attend at least 80% of the lectures/course lessons.
Consequence: If you fall below the 80% attendance requirement, you will be unenrolled from the course.
Punctuality: Arrive on time for lectures. Check TimeEdit for your lecture schedule and follow it. Attendance registration will be done on Moodle at the beginning of/throughout each class by using the Moodle Attendance tool. Late entry to the classroom will be treated as equivalent to absence.
