Contents
The Art and Technology course aims to broaden students' range of tools and techniques for making art. The starting point is to explore the student's relationship with technology and how it could be useful in their own artistic work.
The course will explore what 3D modelling, printing and laser cutting are, for example. The course also aims to explore other new or emerging technological ways of making art, and to discover their potential. We will explore the concept of NFT and its possibilities, and explore the potential of artificial intelligence as an aid to art making.
The course will explore LUT's XR lab, i.e. the virtual reality and augmented reality spaces, as well as other potential openings.
