Learning outcomes
The student is able to
- describe the objectives and core contents of their thesis
- plan and describe the stages of the thesis process
- take into account the possible research permit and copyright issues.
Implementation and methods of teaching
The thesis consists of a written part and a design for a public artwork. The process includes an exhibition of the students' plans for a public artwork, and a critique.
The thesis design course introduces the thesis process and its requirements. During the course, students will begin to consider their own topic and the form of the artwork they plan to create. Decisions on the theme and content of the thesis are made only at the very end of the course.

The course includes four lectures and independent work.

A minimum of 80% attendance is required. 1 credit corresponds to 27 hours of study. The course is 5 credits.
