Content:
Comparisons of current national and international trends in welfare needs of children and young people.

Students can choose one of the alternative implementations:
1. Intensive week "Finnish and German Welfare State in Transition" in Neubrandenburg, Germany 17.-21.4.2023
2. Online learning assignments, 17.4.- 31.5.2023
