Learning outcomes
The student is able to
- analyze the relationship between strategy and digital transformation
- assess the impact of digital solutions on business processes and human operations
- plan the realization, measurement, and management of digital transformation
Implementation and methods of teaching
The course is completed remotely. The topics of the course are independently studied through a pre-assignment, course video readings, other reported material and assignments. The development task of the course is to draw up a plan for the company in groups on the implementation, measurement and management of digital transformation. In connection with the development task, An introduction lecture, guidance sessions and a seminar day are arranged remotely during the course.
Timing and attendance
PLEASE NOTE: The course will be organized during May 2023. The teacher will inform of the course details via e-mail on 2 May. There will be 10 days to complete the pre-assginment, after which the course introduction session will be organized on 12 May. The group guidance will be book as agreed on during the course. The Final seminar of the course will be on 31 May.
- Students will be accepted for the course after the registration period, by an email that is sent to the students who have been accepted the course, including information on the online learning environment of the course. The pre-assignment of the course will open with the Moodle implementation simultaneously.
