The student is able to:
- basics of technical drawing
- Basics of CAD drawing
- read, edit and create technical 2D drawings
- Basics of 3D modeling
- create technical drawings in a 3D environment and visualize 3D assemblies

Student
- Understand various technical drawings
- is able to draw working and assembly drawings in accordance with the standards of the technical drawing
- know the basics of CAD drawing and modeling (SolidWorks and / or AutoCad)
- is able to draw technical drawings and edit them with CAD software
- can visualize 3D models and assemblies

Information and guidance during class and laboratory classes. Training and assignments on your own computer.

Aimo Pere: Basics of machine drawing or equivalent manual.
Software support materials, teacher-produced material, and network-produced learning materials.

5 * 27 hours = 137 hours of student work including 50 hours of information and guidance.
Contents
Understanding of various technical drawings.
- Working and assembly drawings in accordance with standards.
- Basics of CAD drawing and modeling (SolidWorks and / or AutoCad)
- 2D drawings
- Basics of 3D models
Additional information for students: previous knowledge etc.
No prior knowledge.
Assessment criteria
Doing exercises and participating in joint knowledge building. Tracking task completion and participation activity using the tools of the e-learning environment. Demonstrating familiarity with the target groups of their profession.

The student is able to produce drawings and models in a versatile way with CAD software and to justify the choices he / she makes.

In addition to the previous knowledge and skills, the student has a developing attitude and the ability to transfer their knowledge to the entire work group.
