Lectures, literature, simulation exercises, individual and group work both in class and on the course platform (Moodle). The course with be taught n English.

Weekly sessions will be held in classrooms at the Lappeenranta campus and supported by pre-reading and Moodle tasks.

Sisältö

Understanding the multidisciplinary phenomenon of culture, intercultural awareness, the importance of culture is business context, differences in verbal and non-verbal communication, Hofstede's theory on 6 cultural dimensions and other theories related to cross-cultural and intercultural communication.
