The aims of the course are:
A student understands and is able to evaluate the importance and challenges of electronic services in the development of social and health services; is able to evaluate the benefits of electronic services from the customer's point of view; is able to utilize user feedback in the development of electronic services; is able to choose a suitable electronic service for the customer's needs; is able to identify and apply various application possibilities in the development of electronic services
