The aims of the course are:
A student understands and is able to evaluate the importance and challenges of electronic services in the development of social and health services; is able to evaluate the benefits of electronic services from the customer's point of view; is able to utilize user feedback in the development of electronic services; is able to choose a suitable electronic service for the customer's needs; is able to identify and apply various application possibilities in the development of electronic services

Service design in the design and development of electronic services
Monitoring the quality of electronic services and utilizing user feedback in quality monitoring
