Marketing logistics basic concepts.Distribution channels.Customer service in logistics.Distribution and e-tailing.Reverse logistics.Packaging, unitizing.Outsourcing logistics services.

Student knows the main concepts and is able to pick up the main elements from the written case descriptions and make report on time.

Arviointikriteerit: taso 3 (arviointiasteikko 1-5)

Student has good knowledge of the relevant concepts and is able to make case assignments and reportsproperly on time.

Arviointikriteerit: taso 5 (arviointiasteikko 1-5)

Student has an excellent understanding of the relevant concepts and is able to use theoretical knowledge in case assignments. Is able to make excellent reports on time.
