Osaamistavoitteet

The student is able to
- analyze the relationship between strategy and digital transformation
- assess the impact of digital solutions on business processes and human operations
- plan the realization, measurement, and management of digital transformation

Toteutustapa ja opetusmenetelmät

The course is completed remotely. The topics of the course are independently studied through a pre-assignment, course video readings, other reported material and assignments. The development task of the course is to draw up a plan for the company in groups on the implementation, measurement and management of digital transformation. In connection with the development task, An introduction lecture, guidance sessions and a seminar day are arranged remotely during the course.

- Students will be accepted for the course after the registration period, by an email that is sent to the students who have been accepted the course, including information on the online learning environment of the course.
