Learning outcomes

The student is able to
- plan a workplace-oriented research-based development project
- use different methods of workplace development and use/utilize the research data in workplace development
- evaluate and report on the research-based development project

Implementation and methods of teaching

Learning assignment 1, pre-course assignment 1.9. - 3.10.2022: Defining the concepts and process of research-based development.
Virtual contact teaching13.10 2022: Introduction to the themes of the research-based development.
Learning assignment 2 online 14.10. -31.10.2022: The evaluation of the research reports.
Learning assignment 3: Development plan, deadline 14.11.2022.
Seminar online: Presentations of the development plans. Student attends seminar 23.11.

Assessment criteria

Assessment is based on active participation in contact and distant learning and completing the assignments. Learning assignments 1-2: pass/to be revised/fail. Learning assignment 3 and overall assessment: E5 - S1.
