Learning outcomes
The student is able to
- acquire new understanding of key issues of doing business in Russia
- develop skills in efficient communication, team building, decision making and negotiating with Russians
- appreciate Russian cultural, political and historical situation and its significance for cross-cultural management, both in past and present times.

Lectures, homework, group works, an educational trip to Saint Petersburg, a learning diary.
