The main topics in the course are the following viewpoints: • Understanding how the values of urban environment are understood and defined. • How to enhance preservation in international and national levels • The opportunities to protect valuable built environments in challenging situations • Evaluate different processes of preservation through case studies and analyse the roles and impacts of different stakeholders in them. • Develop ideas by which methods the preservation of urban environment can be carried out in different case studies.
