The student:
- knows a general overview on the present environmental legislation and its history
- knows the following areas of environmental legislation: responsibilities and administration of environmental legislation, municipal organization and management process, environmental permit and registration procedure, nature conservation law, law for land use and construction, law on conservation of building inheritance, relic law, soil law, MARA decree, water law, waste legislation, environmental remediation responsibility and environmental damage responsibility, climate law, environmental crimes and consequences
