Objective

The student is able to:
- analyze the responsibility, role and competence of the nurse in an independent high-quality nursing and as a member of a multiprofessional team
- analyze the focus of customer-oriented care and service processes from the point of view of quality of care, reducing service inequalities, safety and cost-effectiveness
- evaluate the urgency of care for multiple disease patiens and multi-service clients,
their needs and continuity of care, as well as guide patients how to get appropriate services
- apply evidence-based knowledge and preparatory, rehabilitative, consultative as well as empowering work approach to support customer self-care
