Implementation and methods of teaching
Non-stop online course in Moodle. Independent study 54 h. The course contains both obligatory modules and elective modules. During the studying process the student creates his/her personal career plan and/or collects his/her job search portfolio.

E-material (e.g. videos, articles) in Moodle provided by the teacher.

The core content includes: - basics of career planning - developing self-knowledge e.g. values, personality, interests, strengths, skills, decision making - characteristics of Finnish labor market - job search process - job search tools e.g. CV, LinkedIn, application letter, video presentation, pitching, job interviews
