Non-stop online course in Moodle. Independent study 54 h. The course contains both obligatory modules and elective modules. During the studying process the student creates his/her personal career plan and/or collects his/her job search portfolio.

The core content includes: basics of career planning and job search process in Finland developing self-knowledge e.g. values, personality, interests, strengths, skills, decision making characteristics of Finnish labor market job search tools e.g. CV, LinkedIn, application letter, video presentation, pitching & job interviews
