The written pre assignment includes:
Description of a mental health or substance abuse patient case.
Development of a goal-oriented care plan or rehabilitation plan for the selected patient, and description and evaluation, with justification, of the success of the implementation of the care or rehabilitation plan.
The task is to be done as a PowerPoint presentation and sent in advance to the teacher responsible for Ahot, one week before the Ahot session.
The eAhot request must be made in advance through the Peppi system. The certificate of the degree and work experience is to be attached to the eAhot application, addressed to the teacher of mental health and substance abuse nursing.
