Toteutustapa ja opetusmenetelmät

Virtual miniprojects, articles written, research, group works and presentations. All assignments include self and peer assessment. Some contact lessons are compulsory (roughly every second week). During the virtual assignments there are no lessons. The actual timing of these lessons will be informed during the course.

Sisältö

In this course, you will gain up-to-date and practical knowledge of the world of digital commerce. The course examines how online business can be developed strategically and effectively.

Key topics include:
• various online business models and how they align with a company’s overall strategy
• current and future trends in digital commerce
• legislation and regulation related to online business
• conversion rate optimization and improving business performance

This course will equip you with valuable insights for working with or within digital businesses—whether as an entrepreneur, employee, or specialist.

Evaluation of artifacts produced in groups and/or by individual work. Peer review can be applied in some assingments.
