Legal Part
In this course students will gain a good understanding of the basic concepts of business law. During the course we will discuss the following topics:
• Sources of law
• Finnish legal history
• Finland’s Constitution and court structure
• Civil procedure
• Different forms of business
• Contract law
• Sale of Goods Act
• Company Law Act
