The student is able to
• explain the pharmacotherapy process, the legislation guiding pharmacotherapy, and its ethical principles as a member of a multidisciplinary team
• apply knowledge of anatomy and physiology in pharmacotherapy and pharmacology when planning and assessing pharmacotherapy in the treatment of different diseases
• assess evidence-based information in the guidance of pharmacotherapy for customers, patients, and families as well as their commitment to pharmacotherapy and self-care
