The student is able to

Implementation and methods of teaching
Contact teaching, group work and simulation. In group work, student groups implement strategy work for the business case of working life. The simulation implements the company's strategic financial simulation as a group work.
Timing and attendance
Spring semester 2023. Contact teaching is carried out on the contact teaching days of the degree program according to the study schedule. Group work and simulation are mostly carried out outside contact teaching.

The course teaches the basics of strategic business management and planning. The theoretical framework is applied in group work and business simulation.
Additional information for students: previous knowledge etc.
It is recommended that the course "Industry Analysis and Foresight" be completed before the Strategic Management course. However, this is not required.

The overall grade consists of the combined effect of all aspects of the course.
